Conditions
The purpose of these general conditions of sale (CGV) is, on the one hand, to inform any person of the conditions and terms in which GREEN SOLUTION offers the products ordered for sale to the customer and, on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products. The fact of any customer ordering a product offered for sale implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which the customer explicitly acknowledges having read prior to the conclusion of an order. The customer declares to be of legal age and to have full legal capacity, allowing him to commit to the General Terms and Conditions. GREEN SOLUTION reserves the right to modify the CGV at any time.
1-OFFER
Our offers are without obligation on our part. Unless otherwise specified, our prices are ex-Agadir, plus shipping. They are calculated on the basis of official currency rates, freight rates, customs duties and taxes in force on the day the offer is submitted. They are revisable without notice up or down, taking into account variations in any of these elements which could occur up to the delivery date.
2-ORDER
All verbal agreements are only binding on us if we confirm them in writing or if we comply with them by sending the goods and the invoice. Exceptions to our conditions of sale, in particular the conditions specific to the buyer, are only valid after our written confirmation.
3-BILLING AND PAYMENT
The goods will be invoiced at the prices valid on the day of delivery, unless we have expressly confirmed that the order will be executed at a specific price. The calculation will be made exclusively on the weights observed when leaving the warehouse. The place of payment is Agadir. Drafts or acceptance of payment do not constitute novation or derogation from this jurisdiction clause. Incidental costs, such as bank charges incurred: by the transfer of the invoice amount, are the responsibility of the buyer. No compensation or right of retention is permitted with regard to our claims. If the payment deadline is exceeded, we are entitled to demand reimbursement of late payment penalties.
4-CLAIM
Any complaints regarding the quality of the goods must be presented within eight days following the date of receipt, and mention the order dates and the invoice and shipping numbers. Any subsequent complaint would be inadmissible. In the event of a justified and regularly made complaint, our liability is strictly limited to the exchange of the goods or their return at the purchase price at our choice. No other repair of any kind whatsoever may be claimed by the purchaser. The quality of our products is guaranteed within the framework of our General Terms and Conditions. Our responsibility is limited to compliance with the specifications and not to the application of the product. Any other indication has no other purpose than to inform and cannot be a commitment on our part regarding the precise properties of the product or its adaptation to a specific use
The composting unit and the vermicomposting unit are located at our production farm, road to the dam, Khmiss Ait Amira / Chtouka Ait Baha.
